Elaboration of the mass




Our products are made with natural and top quality ingredients from our own farm. Following a traditional process, our ‘sobaos’, ‘quesadas’ and ‘bizcochos’ departing daily from our bakery to various points of Spain:


  1. The first step is the preparation of mass for each product, as has been done over time in the farms of ‘Valles Pasiegos’.

  2. With the mass conducted for each product, it is introduced into the machine that dispenses product weights to develop.

  3. Then it proceeds to baking trays with fresh mass in different formats.

  4. Ending with packaging of each product.
